Patty made our transition…
Patty made our transition to Scottsdale easy. We met her about 2 years ago at an open house, we weren’t ready at that time to buy but being from out of the area needed to become acquainted with different areas of Scottsdale. We would get periodic updates on houses for sale and that helped us narrow down areas to concentrate on and size of house. Of course with the shortage of houses available when it came time to purchase Patty would have some great options to see, when we were coming back into town, even if they weren’t quite on the market yet, great contacts in the industry.
When we finally found the house her perseverance and pressure on the seller we had offer acceptance the same day as the offer. She was there for inspections, the steps through the process, and final walkthrough so made it very seamless and easy.
We definitely recommend Patty and will have her in the future help us with our real estate needs here.

We were vacationing in the Phoenix area and decided to look at local real estate as we were interested in the area and had talked about moving out West from the East Coast.
We met Patty Sapp at an open house. She was so friendly and approachable and we discussed the real estate market in Phoenix. We told her that we were interested in looking at homes to see what was out there. She immediately said she had an opening the next day and would be more than willing to show us around. She showed us several properties to get our feet wet.
Patty set us up on the multi list so we could get notified of homes that were on the market. A year later, we visited and Patty showed us around. She took us to a new community and suggested we look at building our dream home. That was the best idea for us. We took the plunge and decided to build.
Patty guided us throughout the entire process and worked diligently on our behalf. We were over 2100 miles away and she was always able, ready, and willing to help us navigate the building process.
