About

Patty Sapp has lived in the Valley of the Sun since 2001, where she has seen Phoenix blossom into the city it is today. As an agent/advisor, she is fiercely dedicated to her clients, where she tirelessly seeks the perfect home for her buyers and gives her sellers the dedication it takes to sell a home for top dollar through savvy marketing, creative negotiating, and effective communication. These strengths have landed Patty in the top 2% of agents throughout the valley.  She has won the Presidents Club Award in 2019, 2020, 2021, & 2023.  More important than awards is the connection she makes with her clients, which is undoubtedly the best part of her job.

Patty earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Indiana University and went on to run a large apparel business in Los Angeles. She also took roles such as Director of Sales, National Sales Manager, and President of her own company.

A true philanthropist, Patty believes in giving back and has spent much of her time helping underprivileged children and homeless families. She has served on the board and chaired significant fundraising events at Child Crisis Center and Homeward Bound.

Patty and her husband of 32 years raised two children who attended Notre Dame Preparatory and graduated from Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona. 

Patty stays active and takes advantage of the Arizona weather with outdoor cycling, golf, and hot yoga. For relaxation, she enjoys playing  piano or reading a good book with a glass of wine.
